Demands on steel are very high and for many years now they have even been distinct and part-specific. The purpose of the component determines the characteristics required.

The econPro grades to DIN EN have successfully been launched on the market in close cooperation with our manufacturing plant, metallurgists and accredited laboratories.
The econPRO graded, heat-treated, case-hardened, and free-cutting steels are subjected to every conventional test method. Significant improvements in machinability, hardening and mechanical properties have been the successful result. This has been confirmed by our customers who no longer want to do without our econPro grades in their production plants.
